Limitless Terms & Conditions for Users in New Zealand

    Acceptance of the Limitless Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Limitless, including its website, account services and any gambling-related services made available through the site.

By accessing Limitless, creating an account or using a service provided through the website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the relevant services.

Additional rules may apply to particular promotions, games, products or services. Where separate terms are provided, those terms apply to the relevant activity together with these Terms.

We may update these Terms when necessary. Continued use of Limitless after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.

    Who May Use Limitless

You must satisfy all age, eligibility and territorial requirements applicable to the services you use. Limitless is not intended for anyone below the legal gambling age applicable to their circumstances.

You must use the website only where online gambling through the relevant service is lawful. It is your responsibility to comply with the laws that apply to you based on your location.

We may restrict access where we reasonably determine that a user does not meet applicable eligibility requirements or where access must be limited under legal, regulatory, security or operational requirements.

    Creating and Maintaining Your Account

An account must be registered in your own name and for your own use. You must provide information that is accurate, complete and current when creating or maintaining the account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account, except where unauthorised activity results from circumstances outside your reasonable control.

Multiple accounts for the same person are not permitted unless expressly authorised by Limitless. If duplicate accounts are identified, we may restrict or close the relevant accounts and review associated activity.

An account may not be sold, transferred, rented or made available to another person.

Verification and Account Checks at Limitless

Limitless may request information or documents to verify identity, age, account ownership, payment details or other information connected with account activity.

Verification may be required before certain transactions or services can be completed. Additional checks may also be undertaken where necessary to address fraud risks, suspicious activity, regulatory requirements or other compliance obligations.

If requested information is not provided within a reasonable period, or if information supplied cannot be satisfactorily verified, access to some or all account services may be restricted until the matter is resolved.

    Deposits, Withdrawals and Transaction Handling

Funds must be deposited using payment methods that you are authorised to use. We may require confirmation that a payment method belongs to you or that you have permission to use it.

Available payment methods, transaction limits and processing conditions may differ according to the service, location, account status and verification requirements.

Withdrawal requests may be subject to account checks and verification before funds are released. Processing times can depend on the selected method, payment provider and any checks that remain outstanding.

You must not use Limitless for unlawful financial activity, third-party fund transfers, money laundering, fraud or other prohibited conduct. We may delay, reject or restrict a transaction where there is a legitimate reason to do so.

    Wagering, Games and Recorded Transactions

Gambling activity must be carried out through the account associated with the person placing the relevant wager or participating in the relevant game.

Game outcomes and wager results are determined by the applicable game or service rules. Where a technical malfunction, software error or other material issue affects a transaction or result, Limitless may investigate the incident and take corrective action where permitted or required.

Electronic records maintained by Limitless may be used when determining account activity, transactions and wagers, subject to applicable law and any rights available to the account holder.

Specific games or gambling services may have additional rules. You are responsible for reviewing those rules before participating.

    Promotions, Rewards and Additional Conditions

Where Limitless makes a promotion, reward or other incentive available, additional conditions may apply. Those conditions form part of the terms governing the relevant offer.

Specific requirements may include eligibility conditions, qualifying activity, wagering requirements, expiry conditions, maximum limits or restrictions on withdrawals. The applicable promotional terms take precedence where they specifically address an offer.

We may refuse or withdraw promotional eligibility where there is evidence of misuse, manipulation, duplicate-account activity, fraud or other conduct that conflicts with the applicable promotional conditions.

Conduct Expected From Limitless Account Holders

You must use Limitless lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. Activities intended to manipulate systems, interfere with website operations or obtain an improper financial or promotional advantage are prohibited.

This includes fraud, collusion, account sharing, automated access, exploitation of technical vulnerabilities, use of another person's payment credentials without authorisation and attempts to circumvent account, wagering or promotional restrictions.

We may investigate activity that appears irregular or inconsistent with these Terms. Where necessary, relevant account functions may be restricted while an investigation is conducted.

    Restrictions, Suspension and Account Closure

Limitless may suspend, restrict or close an account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used contrary to these Terms, applicable law or requirements relating to security, verification or responsible gambling.

An account may also be restricted where information required for verification has not been supplied or where activity presents a material risk of fraud, misuse or unauthorised access.

You may request closure of your account through the available account or support channels. Closing an account does not remove obligations that arose before closure, including obligations relating to transactions, disputes or compliance matters.

Where an account is closed, any remaining balance will be handled subject to verification, applicable law, transaction rules and any rights or obligations arising from the circumstances of closure.

    Responsible Gambling and Player Restrictions

We expect gambling activity through Limitless to be undertaken responsibly. Account holders may have access to controls intended to help manage gambling activity, including limits, breaks or longer exclusion arrangements, depending on account availability and applicable requirements.

If you choose to restrict your gambling activity, we will apply the relevant account control in accordance with the conditions attached to that control.

We may also take action where circumstances indicate that additional restrictions or intervention may be necessary to meet responsible gambling or player-protection requirements.

    Intellectual Property and Website Use

Content made available through Limitless, including text, graphics, software, branding, interface elements and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

You may use the website only for its intended personal and lawful purposes. Unless authorised by Limitless or permitted by law, you must not reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially exploit or attempt to extract protected website content.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Limitless intellectual property to an account holder.

    Complaints and Dispute Handling

If you have a complaint concerning your account, transactions, gambling activity or use of the website, you should raise the matter through the available Limitless support channel.

We may request relevant information so that the matter can be investigated properly. You should provide accurate details and any supporting information reasonably required to assess the complaint.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights or pursuing remedies available under applicable law.

Limitless Responsibility and Applicable Legal Requirements

We take reasonable steps to maintain the operation and security of the services, but access to an online service may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical failures, communications problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Limitless is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances that could not reasonably be prevented or controlled. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted.

The legal interpretation and application of these Terms are subject to applicable law and any mandatory rights or protections that apply to users in New Zealand.

    Changes to These Terms

Limitless may amend these Terms to reflect changes to services, operational practices, legal requirements, security measures or other relevant circumstances.

The current version will be made available through the website. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we will follow the required process.

By continuing to use the relevant services after amended Terms take effect, you agree to the updated provisions to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not accept a change, you must stop using the affected services and may request account closure where appropriate.
